This programme is designed for committed footballers who want to elevate their endurance, increase match fitness, and build a competitive engine that lasts all game. Whether you're aiming to reach pro level or just want to outrun your opponents, this progressive plan is built to deliver.

 

Each session is based on Good, Pro, and Elite standards so you can measure yourself and progress over time.

 

Weekly Structure

Training Days: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday (with some additional work on select weekends)

Rest Days: Wednesday, Saturday, Sunday (varies)

 

Each week builds intensity and variety to ensure full coverage of aerobic and anaerobic stamina.
